Peace

Wars, Wars, Wars, horrendous wars
Peace unto men these wars bar,
People act foolishly brave
And send their bodies to uncovered graves.

The dread of the weapons
Oh! If a man reckons,
Wars will be stopped.
And rivalry will be dropped.

The wars bare the earth,
Makes it a mound of hearth
Where undaunted men lie lifeless.
For their acts so heartless.

Some ruthless men survive,
Some war men too live
But their life is meaningless,
And their minds restless.

Let on earth Peace reign
Let wars and disputes it feign
Let power and glory it regain.
And let on men peace remain.
