This site is operated by Judah Jebadas Michael (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) and this policy is intended to meet the standards of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information collected

When you enquire, book a service, or make a purchase through this site, the following information may be collected: your name, email address, and any details you include in a contact or booking message. If you purchase a print or product, your billing and shipping details are collected to process and deliver the order. Payment information is handled directly by the payment processor (currently Square) and is not stored on this site.

How information is used

Information collected is used only to respond to your enquiry, confirm and fulfill a booking or order, deliver a purchased product, and provide any related customer support. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of third-party services to operate: website hosting, a caching and performance service, WooCommerce for order processing, and Square for payment processing. Each of these providers only receives the information necessary to perform its function. Once booking is added, an appointment scheduling service (Calendly) will also process the information needed to confirm your appointment time.

Cookies

This site uses basic cookies for normal site functionality, such as shopping cart contents and page caching for faster load times. No third-party advertising trackers are currently in use.

Data retention and security

Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, such as completing a booking or order, or as required by law (for example, tax record-keeping). Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect your information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information held about you by contacting hello@judahjebadas.com. Requests will be responded to within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
