Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of judahjebadas.com and any photography, writing, editing, or print services booked or purchased through this site, operated by Judah Jebadas Michael (Toronto, Ontario, Canada). By booking a service, purchasing a product, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.

Services offered

This site offers event photography, wildlife photography prints, and academic and professional writing and editing services. Details, scope, and current rates for each are described on their respective service pages at the time of enquiry or booking.

Bookings and payment (event photography)

Event photography bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been received and the date is held. Full payment is due as agreed at booking. All rates are quoted before applicable taxes (HST) unless stated otherwise. Add-ons such as rush delivery, extra hours, or an additional location are billed separately from the base package.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, contact hello@judahjebadas.com as soon as possible. Deposits may not be refundable once a date has been held and turned away other enquiries, but rescheduling is accommodated where reasonably possible.

Digital and print products

Wildlife photography prints are currently delivered as instant digital downloads licensed for personal use (printing, framing, and personal display) unless a different license is agreed in writing. Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are non-refundable except where required by law or where a file is genuinely defective. See the Shipping Policy for details on physical print fulfillment as that option becomes available.

Writing and editing services

Turnaround times and scope for proofreading, academic editing, and theological writing services are as described on the Writing Services page or as agreed directly for a custom project. A reasonable round of revisions is included as described per package; additional rounds may be billed separately. You are responsible for a final review of any delivered document before submission or publication.

Intellectual property

All photographs, written work, and site content remain the copyright of Judah Jebadas Michael unless a license or transfer of rights is explicitly agreed in writing. Purchasing a print or commissioning a photography session or writing project grants you the specific usage rights described for that service; it does not transfer copyright or grant rights to resell, redistribute, or commercially license the work further without separate written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site or its services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, or to attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but to the extent permitted by law, Judah Jebadas Michael is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
